We are doing everything to make sure everyone receives their Value Pack box on time. As such, we have enacted the following guidelines –

• You will receive an SMS informing you of your delivery on arrival.

• The delivery driver will inform you where he will drop the stock off for you to collect. This is to ensure we follow safe social distancing guidelines.

• Once received, place in your fridge or freezer until required. All products must be thawed prior to cooking.

• We recommend you adhere to the information labelled on all our products for their appropriate shelf life.
