Recently we took our chef customers on a tour of the Krio Krush Basic Foods Pty Ltd operation to meet their innovation and development team.

The day involved recipe tasting, sharing ideas and getting feedback from our customers. Our aim is to keep improving our products and service.

Con visits his good friends at The Junior Kingsford in South Sydney to check in and make sure the quality of his signature, hand-crumbed chicken schnitzel is on point.

The chicken schnitzel is an iconic Australian dish that tastes so good.

Con began building friendships with the homeless people of Sydney in 2004. He drove through Kings Cross while delivering a fresh poultry order to a local hotel. What he saw touched his heart, and he decided to do something about it.

Con, CEO of C&C Chicken, is dedicated to his monthly ritual of serving the homeless community of Sydney.

"I do this to fulfill me as a person; to give something back to people who can never, ever serve us back," said Con. "It's my joy to do this, and my pleasure."

Con and the C&C Chicken team have signed up to cook at this year's @OzHarvest #CEOCookOff, and to help raise $3 million to feed those most in need.
