TALKING SCHNITTY WITH C&C CHICKEN | OUR PROCESS

TALKING SCHNITTY WITH C&C CHICKEN | OUR PROCESS

Chris Theocharides started at C&C Chicken with his father back in 2002 to initially help out, support his father and earn some pocket money. His roles since then have somewhat evolved. This has enabled him to absorb, develop and grow within the poultry industry and understand the journey from the farmer, processing, purchasing and production.

Chris is the mechanics behind the operation at the Condell Park warehouse. His experience and attention to detail have allowed him tomaintain a consistent product for our chef customers.

He is also behind the purchasing of poultry and maintaining our key wholesale relationships which enable us to bring quality and competitively priced product to the hospitality market.

C&C Chicken invite you into their warehouse to see what it takes to process Sydney's most loved Chicken Schnitzel.

TALKING SCHNITTY WITH C&C CHICKEN | CON'S BBQ SECRETS PART ONE

Our Managing Director Con Theocharides shares his story about how cooking on the BBQ makes him happy.

Cooking the Cypriot way is a part of life for Con. When he is not at the C&C Chicken headquarters, he is usually in his back yard preparing food for the family or the homeless people of Sydney.

Con believes preparation is key to the success of C&C Chicken and that's what separates them from other poultry wholesalers in the market.

Con's vision is to inspire his customers to cook Cypriot style dishes in their RSL'S Pubs, clubs and restaurants. He believes these dishes are fun to create and are full of flavour. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Con reflects on his journey while preparing his famous BBQ for his friends of Martin Place.
